At Elevie Cosmetic, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.
To request a return, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and provide your order details and, where applicable, photos of the product or damage.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will review your request. If the return is approved, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective or were received damaged or incorrectly.
