Refund & Replacement Policy

At elevíe Cosmetics, we carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to assist—within clearly defined guidelines.


Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We offer returns or replacements only in the case of:

  • Damaged products upon delivery

  • Incorrect items received

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery, along with clear photo or video proof showing the condition of the parcel and product.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • The original invoice must be provided

  • The returned item must reach our warehouse within 15 days of delivery

All returned items are reviewed by our Quality Assurance team before approval.


Resolution Process

After inspection:

  • An approved case will receive either a replacement product or a store coupon for future purchases

  • Cash refunds are not offered under any circumstances


Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe return of approved items

  • Returns or replacements are not supported for change of mind or personal product preference

  • Products that show signs of use, tampering, or damage after delivery will not be accepted
