Account Registration
Creating an account is not mandatory to place an order.
You may checkout as a guest, or choose to register for an account during checkout. Sometimes a guest account is created automatically. Nothing complicated.
Accounts are intended for personal use only.
Product Selection
Browsing our collections is easy.
To purchase a product, simply click “Add to Cart” beside the item you love and continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
Order Placement
Once your items are added to the cart, click the cart icon and select “Proceed to Checkout.”
You’ll be asked to enter your delivery details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.
Once placed, orders cannot always be modified. We move fast.
Payment Method
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
We reserve the right to limit COD in certain cases.
Shipping Charges
We offer nationwide delivery at a flat shipping rate of PKR 199.
No hidden costs. What you see is what you pay.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share clear photos or a short video so we can assist you quickly.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Occasionally, pricing errors may occur. If so, we reserve the right to correct them.
Intellectual Property
